In late July, the French government also doubled to 240 MW the capacity that will be allocated through the Rfp for the installation of PV systems between 100 kW to 250 kW in size. This RfP was issued in March 2015. The ministry stressed that the second and third phases of the RfP will prioritize the installation of PV systems on dairy facilities.
